Okay, so I installed a localized copy of Windows XP Pro x86 w/ SP2.. PCem's SB16 card wasn't detected during setup, but afterwards I managed to install the driver manually. Windows XP works fine in PCem but sound not working.

This website behaves like the old Windows XP operating system by Microsoft. XP should be able to detect it and use it. For testing purposes, I played onestop.mid and a few wave files using Mplayer2. I'm just experimenting here to see how it's going to work. Which version of XP do you have? Windows XP will "work" but it won't allow higher resolutions than what's already emulated. I wasn't required to change any resouces (IRQ/DMA/Port). Did you manual install Sound driver? I can't find Sound Blaster 16/AWE32 driver for XP. In Windows 2000 sound works normally. I think you have to install it manually via Hardware Wizard, cause XP does not detect ISA cards. I never said it didn't work at all.

As for CPU, I never tried it on less than a 1 Ghz PC. Also you'd have to be running a powerful enough CPU if you expect to emulate a Voodoo2 SLI (which allows 1024x768 and is currently the highest res 3d you can do in it).
